 | |           | Celebrate with your Tifereth Israel community as we commemorate how Queen Esther helped save the Jewish people!    The evening's family-friendly activities will begin at 6:00pm with an abbreviated Purim story, followed by our annual costume parade, and a chance for our children to make sh'lach manot (Purim food baskets) for their friends.  Dinner will then be served, and after that, we'll begin our formal reading of the Book of Esther at 7:45pm.
Our Purim celebration is free and open to the community!    Donations  to help cover the cost of the event will be gladly accepted;  if you would like to contribute, please mail your donation to the Tifereth Israel office at 924 Polk Blvd, Des Moines, IA 50312.   If you plan to attend, RSVP to the office by phone at 515-255-1137 or by email at office@tifereth.org.  Your RSVP is very important, as it will help us determine how much food and how many supplies to have on hand.  Thanks very much!   |
